Reports showing variable "value" instead of its "label"

Hello ive come with a difficult question, my report is saying that it has been approved all the way thru the WF but its showing on the "Stage" the "Value" of the label which is "complete". the label is supposed to be "Completed", when i went to check the RITM it says on the stage "Request approved". im having trouble trying to troubleshoot this, not sure where it can be coming from or why its doing this.

Hello,
This looks to me like there is no actual workflow associated with it, beyond the basic request workflow that is automatically attached. I would recommend walking back to the catalog item in question for these and then look at the workflow/flow settings and see if there's an actual workflow there, if so, open that and look it over.
Anytime you see the value instead of the label, it means it's "missing". So something is trying to make it complete (whether that's a business rule or something else), but it's not resolving to a real entry, thus the value shows and no label.

Thank you sir for your input, i went into the catalog items that these are affected and these do have a WF attached to them. i did open the wf under the properties. i went back to the requested item i noticed i could not see the "Show Workflow" and the "Workflow Contexts" they dissapeared but i was able to see the tasks that it went thru the workflow stages and was approved from those stages. i find this very strange that i couldnt see the worflow or workflow contexts,
