Hi, I've created a demo page within our subprod portal where I've iframed in the PA dashboards homepage and added a Report + PA Widget. I'm wondering if I can make it so that any of these components are public, i.e you don't need to log in to see them. I haven't been able to find any answers on this, so far I've tried setting report_view rules for the table to public but it didn't work. I've also tried to publish the reports and that was not successful either.

Hi @syed_but_not ,
As far as I recall you can't - not at least for PA widgets. You could publish a report to make it public. https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0728025

Hi @AndersBGS, thanks for this reply, sadly when I publish a report, the service portal widget still won't load for user's who aren't logged and those are logged in are faced with this message "Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs."
