REQ number missing from task ticket on adding timer activity in workflow.

Please help to identify possible root cause.

Can you please share more details about the issue as your statement says timer activity was added in workflow.
Now was it added recently? 
Without timer activity are you facing issue?
Timer activity what is use case in your workflow?
