REQ to RITM

Hi I have a requirement when I want to submit a catalog item in CSM portal it should redirect to Req not RITM.

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve it

Hi @Prasun Sarkar7,

 

there might be a misunderstanding - CSM shall create Cases, no?

 

However if you have any record producer, there is a script field where you can define the redirection:

I have a hardcoded value for a specific item but it can be a widget or anything you would like..

Right I actually have a custom catalog item and after that is submitted it should redirect to RITM. and can you please tell me where to write this script
