Request Catalog Item not working in Virtual Agent

Hi Team,

 

Currently I am working on Virtual agent. when I am searching in Virtual Agent (Request Catalog Item) it is not working.

It is displaying below way

This is OOTB one only, I have not made any changes, Still it is not working.

Hi,

 

I have Entered Request Catalog Item in Virtual agent, after that it has displayed Selected null, after that Should I procced with this. I have selected Yes. 

 

After that it is displaying Thanks for using our chat support.

 

I have not received any option for selecting catalog item and in Request Catalog Item flow it is showing very big flow.
