Hi ,

Is it possible to know which catalog item has a requested item raised 6 months ago without a script. I would like to use the filters to know this.

Ex:

Catalog item 1:

Software request

Last request item raised is 2 days back

Catalog item 2:

Hardware request

Last request item raised is 160 days back

Catalog Item 3:

Printer request

Last request item raised is 180 days back

So here I want Printer request to be showed in report. Using any OOB way is it possible to have a filter condition created?

Yes, using related list conditions.

warning.  Only available on List Reports, not list views.

Hello Rob,

Thanks for the reply. This is not working as the report will check if there is any requested item which was created 6 months ago or not. But will not check if catalog item has LAST RITM created 6 months ago.
