Time zone - Display local Due date based on a time zone selection for a specific time and time zone

We have a Chicago based service desk. They take global requests. Often the customer says I need this by 5 PM Hong Kong time.

The issue is that the Chicago based person must calculate the Honk Kong 5 pm time to the equal time in the Central time zone so anyone globally picking up the ticket knows the date and time they need to complete the request.

Has anyone come up with an easy way to calculate the Due date/time?

I think if you use a date/time field not something like freeform text or a dropdown then it will appear to the Chicago user in their timezone time - for instance the Opened or Updated field   If someone in Europe opens a ticket 1 minute later the way a person sees the timestamp in Chicago would be relative to them. Also consider other interesting supplemental solutions - create a dash that has a report that shows any Service Dask request whereby the customer needs it done in the next 24 hours and sort these by soonest first - then you can have the system serve up the items without sifting through them and converting the time

This we know about the translation between browser time zones. thanks

What I need is a field or calculator where I type 5 PM Munich and it calculates what 5 pm Munich time is in my current time zone and puts that in the Due date. Then that Due date field is the one the changes based on profile/browser time zone.

As bammar states, DateTime fields show values in the user's time zone. No calculation is needed.
