Hello ServiceNow Community and Moderators,
I am requesting activation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) plugin for my Personal Developer Instance.
Instance Details:
- Instance URL: https://dev183567.service-now.com
- Instance ID: dev183567
- Current Release: Zurich
- Current Username: aes.creator
Current Situation:
- IRM workspace URL returns "Page not found" (tested: /now/sn_grc_overview_page/)
- Plugin activation interface at developer.servicenow.com shows 0 available plugins
- Direct plugin access URLs return errors
Confirmed Available:
I have verified that IRM is available for Zurich release via official documentation:
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-governance-risk-compliance/
Request:
Could a moderator or ServiceNow team member please activate the Integrated Risk Management plugin (com.snc.integrated_risk_management) on my PDI?
- Demo data would be appreciated if available
Purpose:
I am preparing for a professional interview/certification and need hands-on IRM experience with control management, risk frameworks, and indicator configuration within the next 48 hours.
Thank you for your assistance!
