Hi there! It sounds like you're having a bit of trouble with your ServiceNow flow. I'm happy to help!
Could you please check if the "Flow" field on your Catalog Item is pointing to the Flow you created? This is a common issue that can cause the Request Item Approval activity not to show up as "system".
If that's not the issue, could you provide more details about your flow configuration and any error messages you're seeing? This will help me diagnose the problem more effectively.

Can you please stop with these (bad) AI generated answers? Just the start of your response alone already shows it's not coming from a real person which is only confirmed with the answer itself, because it has nothing to do with the question. No more details were needed, because the correct answer was already given.
If you use AI to answer questions, check if they are really the answer/solution. If a question is asked 'something within my record is not showing as system', the record is already created, so the flow is already called from the catalog item.
If lack of knowledge causes incomplete or wrong answers, you can learn from it. If you are just copy pasting AI answers, you aren't helping anyone.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
