Add changes to Activity log

Is there any possibility to add this kind of logic to the activity log? - If the logged in user makes changes to some fields and resubmits the record, these changes will be shown in the activity log.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Yes, fields are audited, but what I want to do is that if the user makes changes to certain fields after the record was created, these updated ones will be displayed, so these fields value should not be displayed when the record was created in Activity log.

Hi @Elvin_Salim ,
You may try to uncheck those from the activity log, whatever fields you want to hide from activity log for any update. As shown in below image.
