Request Item still shows Pending-Approval even though it has been approved.

When Approver approves the request the state should be changed to inqueue or fulfilled.

But the Request item shows pending approval even though it has been approved.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Have you looked at the workflow to see if there is a Change state action following approval? is this a single approval or multi-level also?

On the catalogue item - what is the workflow you have specified?

Hi Kieran,

  It's a multi-level approval. In the workflow when approver approves it the state will change to inqueue. But the functionality is working very differently. It's changing to pending approval.
