Request method options are not displayed for the catalog item card that in the Agent Assist module

Hi Team,
The Request method options like "Request", "Order", "Submit" is not displayed in the catalog item card that is displayed due to the Agent Assist search results in the Service Operations Workspace. I would prefer to display those options irrespective of the incident is created or not in Service Operations Workspace module.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

In the image added, Those kind of options are not visible for all the catalog items. I am able to see only few of them.

Yes, this is expected because you're using Now Assist. The first option says 'order,' which means you can request it now. It's helpful in determining whether the search is giving you the correct result or not. So this will be visible only in Now Assist.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
My issue is, I am not seeing those options like "Order", "Helpful" when clicking the catalog item. I wanted to see those options (or) enable them to use those options.
