Request method options are not displayed for the catalog item card that in the Agent Assist module

Hi Team,
The Request method options like "Request", "Order", "Submit" is not displayed in the catalog item card that is displayed due to the Agent Assist search results in the Service Operations Workspace. I would prefer to display those options irrespective of the incident is created or not in Service Operations Workspace module.

I checked in my client instance, and I can see these two options available out-of-the-box (OOTB). Try repair the agent assist plugin once.

Thank you for the response. The plugin is up-to-date with the installed features. I am not sure what might be the reason for this issue.
