Getting below error while doing GET request with REST step in flow designer

Request not sent to uri= https://dev.azure.com/_apis/projects?api-version=4.1&$top=100 : org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: unknown tag 28 encountered

I too began experiencing this issue a couple weeks ago. I seem sot be random and not related to the actual 'tag' send over to ADO.

Enable *.azure.com from your host machine to access the https://dev.azure.com.
