To increase the number of surveys a user can take per month from one to two, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Survey Administration application in ServiceNow.
- In the left navigation pane, select the "Survey Metrics" module and click on "Survey User Metrics".
- Select the user(s) for whom you want to increase the survey limit.
- In the "Survey Limit" field, increase the value from "1" to "2".
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
This will allow the selected user(s) to take up to two surveys per month. If you want to change the survey limit for all users, you can follow the same steps but select all users instead of individual users in step 3.
Please mark my answer as a solution/helpful in case it adds value and moves you a step closer to your desired ServiceNow solution goal.
Thanks,
Punit

Hi Poco,
To increase the frequency of surveys in ServiceNow from 1 per month to 2 per month per user, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance as an administrator.
- Navigate to the "Customer Service" application and select "Surveys" from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on the survey you wish to modify the frequency for.
- In the survey form, locate the "Schedule" tab and click on it.
- In the "Schedule" tab, you will see the current survey frequency settings. Modify the "Interval" field to "2" and select "Months" from the drop-down menu.
- Save your changes.
Once you have saved your changes, users will now receive the survey twice a month instead of once. Keep in mind that increasing the frequency of surveys may result in survey fatigue among users, so it's important to monitor user feedback and adjust the frequency if necessary.
Thanks,
Rahul Kumar
