How to auto populate the request and task number?

For your reference here the Screenshot.

In request number the CDPOS number cannot populate.

In task number both request and task numbers cannot populate.

Hi,

For the first screenshot you need to set the Display value true for the CDPO request table. For the second screenshot it is for all tasks of the table or only a few. Check if there happens to be any onLoad() script that clears the value.
