Request ,RITM and Task stages and state

When Task is getting 'Closed cancelled' RITM Stage iand state is updating as 'Closed Cancelled' but Request state is updating as ' Closed complete'.

Please let me know how I can debug and correct this.

RITM stage is working correctly i did the same in my workflow . I am talking about "Request state" it should be closed incomplete on task cancellation but it is coming as "Closed Complete"

On the Set Values, you could also reach Request fields. Please see the screenshot

Then, you need to field called "Request State" and set It accordingly

I am new to service now can anyone please guide - how to debug means what all client script and business rule running on catalog task as what is happeing is when I am saving task to closed cancelled it is saving correct and updating correct in Activity but within a second it is updating one more thing Closed Cancelled -> Implement and than from Implement-> closed Cancelled.Please help me to resolve this
