Requested Allocations are not creating in Resource Plan

Whenever a Resource plan is created, I am getting an error "Cannot create Requested Allocations as there are no working days in the schedule for the plan date range", and Requested allocations are not getting created.
When i reviewed, I found that the error is being generated from the script include "ResourcePlan".
Anyone could help me on this issue. Why I am getting this error?

This is most likely that default schedule is missing. Go to Project Administration > Settings > Properties - Resource. See what is in the Default Schedule Name (Out-of-box it is Resource Management Schedule). Then go to System Scheduler > Schedules > Schedules. Make sure that you have the same name of the schedule there. If it is not there find another schedule you want to use or create a new schedule and set the name of it in Properties - Resource for the Default Schedule Name.

It's there for me and correct. Also, only having this issue for one user and only in Prod. Only after a certain date.
