Hi,
In the Requested Item table, the List View State field is not visible.
Field Name: Stage
Type: Workflow
Table: sc_req_item
Using the workflow will produce an output similar to the image shown.
Using Flow Designer, I'm not getting the same output. Instead, it gives output like the image mentioned below.
Could someone please explain this?

You need to create stages in Flow designer.
Please refer snip. Once you create the stages in your Flow then it will appear in the RITM for newly created.

Are you setting the stage in your flow? Stage is just a field that needs to get set on a value to show something. It is not automatically connected to a certain state. It can be, but that will have to be set as well.
