Requested Items for Request method(Portal Settings)

Hi,

I created a request item.

I changed the Request Method to "Submit", but I want to change it to "Request".

But I don't know the impact.

Does the flow get stuck? Is it okay to change this?

Hi Mi,

We have below three request methods

order, Request and submit. 

Those settings only apply in the Service Portal, so when you are creating your catalog item and use the "try it" button to look at what your item looks like, you're getting the platform view, not the Service Portal view. To get a true feel for what it will look like, you need to open the service portal on another tab or something and navigate to the item there.
