Requested record was not found - service portal

Hi guys, 

when I impersonate a non ITIL user and create an HR Case in Service Portal I receive error message 'Requested record was not found' and I'm not being redirected to the 'Ticket Form' page with the 'ticket conversation' widget. What am I missing? It is working fine for ITIL and admin users.

Hi Paulina, 

Looks like these Non-ITIL users does not have read access to this table. Double check the security.

Do I have to create an ACL on read, yes? Sorry, I'm new to ServiceNow. Thanks again.
