how can we set up the Bearer Token from the SAP SuccessFactors to ServiceNow for the REST API integration , please help me

Did you configure OAuth 2.0 app registry for SAP SuccessFactors?

You should ask the client ID, client secret etc from SAP team and then configure it, then you will get Access token

no , we are not going with the OAuth, looking for the Bearer Token based authentication only

it's OAuth only.

Did you connect with SAP team and discuss more details about it?

you will get more clarity when you connect with them to understand what authentication is being used
