Some of our Requests are getting auto-closed. It seems to be the ones that don't have any RITMs.
I recently created a UI Action that "converts" an Incident to a Request. At the moment I don't want it to create a RITM because our techs do all their work within the Request and close the Request instead of the RITMs.
I think the system is auto-closing these Requests because they have no sub-tasks.
