Reschedule change

Hi ,

I want to implement reschedule change functionality in our environment.

For this I have placed a check box as Reschedule on change form, which is editable only in Scheduled state.

once the check box is marked as true, I need to move back the change to Assess state & reset the approval(same as when the change is rejected)

so that assignee can change the dates & resubmit the change for approval.

Please help me implement this functionality.

Have a look at the inactive business rule "SNC Approval - Reset conditions". I've used this to implement "Reset Change" functionality which sounds like what you need to do.

Hi Prajakta,

Sorry, but this requirement was canceled by customer, do didn't gave a try for the configuration.
