Reset boxes when button is pressed

Hello. 

 

The button in the picture is a widget, i dont really wanna start editing the widget as it may lead to issues somewhere els. But is there a way to reset the lookup boxes "choose product category" and "find product" after the "select product" button is pressed with out editing the widget itself?

It depend how that button is configured.

If the logic to find product is configured in widget then you have to modify the widget.

How you created this button?

I agree with @Anil Lande here also , if you dont want to touch existing code, add a new button with reset and build logic.
