resolution_code on Problem record is not getting set read-only through client script and ui policy.

Hi all,

When I click on cancel on problem record,

below window pops up having field resolution_code in it

I want to make the Resolution code read only for the problem assigned to assignment group starting with GT. I tried ui policy and also client script. It not looks to be working.

Kindly help me on this 🙂

Hi Nirwan,

You cant make a Mandatory field read only. To do so you first need to make the field not mandatory.
