Widget Panel for Dashboards always open when dashboard loads

Hi everyone, 

We have a user who on certain dashboards, the widget panel is opened already when they open that dashboard. It is only happening on certain dashboards, and it is also only happening for this specific user. The other users on her team are not having the same problem, as well as it is not happening when myself or my boss impersonate the user. I have tried searching the ServiceNow documentation and cannot find any settings for a time interval or any type of setting for the widget panel in dashboards. I've asked the user to clear their browser cache as well as the ServiceNow cache. The service now cache was kind of a Hail Mary. The user does not have any other machines they could try logging in to from. Any advice from anyone on this? I've put in screenshot below -

I am having the same issue and I am unable to find any help on this. Were you able to resolve it?

The fix on our end was that the user had the widget bar open when they created this favorite so anytime they opened it, it would open with the widget bar open. Try recreating the dashboard with the widget bar closed.
