Resolve problem

Hi Team,

 

on problem we have related list like incident,change,problem task ..there is one functionality is running that without closing the related tasks problem should not be resolved "You must have to close all task before you can resolve this problem"

now the requirement is customer wants to resolve the problem when the related change is in" complete" state only they don't want to wait until the change is closed can anyone suggest me how to achieve this

The setup doesn't really make sense. A problem can have multiple incidents attached that are waiting for the closure of the Problem to resolve the incidents. Not being able to close the Problem before the incidents are resolved, is weird. 

And the requirement in this question is weird as well. If you need a Change to resolve a Problem, the Problem isn't resolved before the Change is completed. Please be the guide for your company/client and push back on these requirements, because they don't make sense from a process point of view. 

Only when the Change is completed, you can say the Problem is resolved and only when the Problem is resolved, the incidents are resolved (they can be resolved sooner, when it's a work around, but if they are still open, they don't have a work around, so can only be resolved after the Problem).
