Response SLA Notification

Hello Developers,

 

I am working on SLA response and resolution notification. Where SLA resolution notification are getting triggered, but there no notification for SLA response?

 

Below are screenshot for reference.

 

SLA Defination:

Below is the Incident that I created for testing

If you see both resolution and response sla are above 50% but in email log only resolution notification are triggered.

 

Please help me to find out solution on this part.
