Response template links are not getting copied over to Coments/Work notes

Hi All,

We have built response templates for our client, some of which include links. While the links appear correctly within the templates, they are lost when the template content is copied to the clipboard and pasted into the Comments, displaying as plain text instead. I understand this could be due to Comments being a journal field, but is there a workaround to make it work? I have also tried using [code] tags with the link but it did not work. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
