Response Templates not showing incident

hi
I have created templates from "Response template configuration" having table as incident , when i navigate to incident I don't see "Response" button. what could be the issue... I need to use the template while resolving incident for copy/paste purpose.

After creating the response, you need to go back into the record and assign it the appropriate channels for where you would like it to appear. List isn't an OOB channel, so I'm not sure you if you can use that, unless you are able to create a new list channel. The action is also only available to certain roles, so you will need to verify the user you are testing with is a member of one of the appropriate roles.
Those are the two issues I ran into when first trying to set up response templates.
You can see the role and other conditions on when the Responses UI action will appear by looking at the definition of the UI Action "Responses"

i have selected global , but still when i tried to check in the incident i dont see that option
