Response Templates not showing incident

hi
I have created templates from "Response template configuration" having table as incident , when i navigate to incident I don't see "Response" button. what could be the issue... I need to use the template while resolving incident for copy/paste purpose.

I'm not sure what you mean by selecting global. Check the following:
- In your Response Template, under Channels, you need to ensure you have the form channel added if you want to see the button on the form. (based on your screenshot it looks like this is missing)
- Validate your user has the correct role: sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_reader

I can't see the previous replies to your post, can you copy and paste again. I think SN had a data loss.
