we have this module in our system-Third Party Risk Management > Information Security Reviews > All ISRs
our client has reported that ISR response has not been uploaded correctly for one of the columns ...when i verified actual answers were incorrectly mapped...what could be the reason for this?
if anyone can help me in figuring out
