Responsibility Definition

I am trying to setup a contact that has three seperate contacts for three seperate accounts and wants to login with 1 contact and see only there Cases on the CSM Portal.

I created the contact relationship on the Main account and tried to create a new Responibility definition but I am seeing all Cases from the Secondary account.

OOB you can either see:

- just your own cases on your own account (account on contact form)

- all cases of your own account

- all cases of all the accounts you have access to

 

If you want to stay OOB, it's either log in with different credentials, or see everything. Otherwise you will need to update what certain users can/can't see within the platform.
