Script Errors after upgrade to Yokohama Patch 4

Hi everyone, 

 

after upgrading to Yokohama Patch 4 this morning, all users (despite of their roles) started to see script errors on the CR form (see the screenshot). I am not even sure which script exactly is causing this... 😞

 

Any thoughts or ideas how to fix this? And generally - where is this coming from?

Found the issue, there is a customized BR which is causing the errors. Thanks!

did you debug which client script is doing that?

No, I didn't. As I said, I am not even sure if it's a custom one. How to debug and see which script is causing these errors?
