I have someone on my team trying to use a rest API explorer to pull time sheet data.
These are the user roles. (dev)
openapi_admin
graphql_schema_admin
export_rest_api
api_analytics_read
pa_viewer
rest_api_builder (these are in twice one active one false)
rest_api_explorer (these are in twice one active one false)
This user was only created in dev to try and pull this data down. I thought I gave the user just web_service_admin role but it is set to false, and I can't change to active. My question is why the user can't edit sysparm_fields. It is greyed out so they cannot pick any fields. So, the api sends empty data but the connection is successful. Any info is greatly appreciated.
