REST API Get metadata of service request

Hi, 

I'm curious to know if there is any Rest API to retrieve a serviceNow instance metadata(eg: questions, format and etc).

Eg: serviceNow instance A, i have following questions. And serviceNow InstanceB having more and different questions.
