A customer has installed a plugin. Made modifications to it after install. Doesn't look like the modifications/updates were stored in update sets.
Yet, now the customer wants to go back to the out of the box plugin default configuration. What steps can be taken to ensure that the application/plugin is restored to its initial configuration? Just delete and reload the plugin?

Hi Sherard,
Since the changes are already done with plugin then you'll have to manually revert the changes.

What's the best way to identify all the possible changes that could have been made to the plugin components/configurations?

No, you shouldn't delete anything. Once a plugin is enabled it cannot be disabled.
However, if I understand correctly you want the plug-in to be restored to it's initial configuration. May I know which plug-in are we discussing about?

The SDLC plugin has been installed and the customer has made several modifications to it over time. Now they say they want it restored to its initial configuration(out of box install).
I'm assuming whatever best process that gets agreed upon in this thread would work for any plugin that needs restoring.
