Restoring Developer Instance

Hi 

I had a personal development instance and now it's been reclaimed by the servicenow but I need it back. Usually, It shows a restore option but this time its not. So my question is there any way to get the instance back maybe some request to ServiceNow or some other way.

If anyone knows then it will be a great help.

Hi Aditya,

Unfortunately, instance once reclaimed cannot be assigned again. Only option is to go ahead and request the new instance. Restore option as well shows up for few days if it is not being shown then there is no provision to get it back.

Hi,

Unfortunately once a developer instance is reclaimed all configuration changes made to the instance are purged and the instance is returned to an out of the box state. Please ensure you utilize either update sets or a git integration to backup changes you've made and mitigate this issue moving forward. If you would like another developer instance, you can request one by logging into the developer portal and selecting the 'Request Instance' button.
