I have below requirements on Add to cart option should be used for one user
1) If the Requested For person's USER ID is already added to Cart for one catalog item, it should not allow submitter user to add same catalog item or other catalog items for another requested for user, it should throw an error
2) Suppose in Add to cart if submitter user add one catalog item for one requested for user, submitter user should allow another catalog for same requestor for user but not other requested for.
It should work for all catalog items not only for specific one. Please provide your inputs on this
