Set palette colors changed from light to dark after version upgrade

Hi all,

We recently moved from San diego to Washington DC. After the upgrade our customised set palette colours were changed in reports from light pastel shades to dark. When I look at the color scheme chart nothing was changed. The new bright shades are affecting our color blind customers, not sure how to revert back to original (as nothing changed).

Attached screenshot for reference. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Your pallets were changed but you say nothing changed? That's weird.

Are the color scheme in fact changed, or have you now other schemes on the reports? 

Since you skipped 3 versions, what else has changed? Did you also move from the old reporting/dashboarding to Platform Analytics? 

 

Does your custom color scheme chart still exist and is it applied to the reports? Since it's an upgrade issue (probably), you could reach out to ServiceNow what happened if you saying 'nothing changed' is really true.
