Restrict cache.do

Hi team,

On Client instance we have requirement that in application navigator shortcut clear cache is "cache.do" is accessible for every one but need to restrict this for only admins can anyone help us how to achieve this

Not sure if that's possible. Regardless, push back against this requirement. It doesn't make any sense. What's the business case for this? Very few people even know about cache.do; I can't imagine it being an issue.
