Hi,
I'm just starting with ServiceNow... I'm currently practicing some projects and got the below task
--Once the record is moved out of NEW status, it can't be set back to NEW.--
Checking on the available information I have found a BS or CS could work for it, thinking the BS will work better, so I need suggestions on this, and also some advice, since I'm still struggling, with the script for it.
