Restrict language in language picker in Service portal

Hi,

My requirement is translate the service portal in French and Russia which I have done but I am facing some   issue.The language picker widget is showing all languages along with French and Russia.But I want to restrict the languages in language picker widget to French and Russia

I tried disabling the languages in the System localization tab but it is not allowing me do.

Could some please help me here

Hi Gomathyshankar

The languages on that record can't be deactivated because are related with the internationalisation plug in.

This means that each language is active because you activated the related language package and the language is now available for the end user.

My suggestion is to work on the portal widget in order to exclude the languages from the drop down.

OOB the users can see /use all the languages activated.

Hi,

I made the changes in the HTML code.Now the language picker is showing languages only the languages that I wanted.
