Restrict the other Channel choices except Walk-in

Hi Everyone,

Just had a question I was hoping to get some guidance on ServiceNow environment.

I want to implement a restriction to the other choices in Channel field in incident form except the walk in if the incident is created by a member of particular group. Is it possible to achieve?
