Restrict the side bar icons to certain users in SOW

Hello

In my Service operations workspace, I added  couple of icons which would open a certain page inside my SOW. 

However there is no way to restrict the icons , I would like to hide the icons from certain users/groups.

I am able to restrict the page itself when the icons are clicked. But I don't even want the unauthorized users to even look at the icons when they are in the SOW.

You can hide those options from Experiences->Service Operations Workspace->chrome_toolbar

You can hide based on roles only, If you want based on users/groups it is not feasible.
