Restrict users to see only their assignment group incidents

Hello
We have a requirement
1. Logged in User should only see incidents assigned in their assignment group
2.If the user is searching for any incident ticket(ticket is assigned in group which user does not belong to) they should see only Number & Assignment Group fields.
How can we achieve this?

@Dr Atul G- LNG Because of Before Query we are not able to show number & assignment group when the user searches for incident that is not part of this assignment group.

query BR will impact global search as well so that's not feasible
If INC is restricted by Query BR and you want that user to still see that INC then that's not possible
