Result value for create task activity is Deleted

HI

I have used Create Task activity in workflow to create change request when request is raised. But dont know why change request is not created even when that activity started and also finished. When i hover over that activity i am getting like Result value is Deleted.Does that mean change request was created and deleted by someone. How do i get the change request that was created ?

Hi Nikhil,

My understanding is something like a BR or Data Policy exception is not allowing you to create the record. There might be an exception that is aborting the creation of task. Check for the system logs and see if you can find any log, when running the workflow. I would also suggest to try Debug Business Rule to ensure, no BR is acting to abort the task creation.
