'Retire' button doesn't work in Service Operations Workspace (SOW)

In Service Operations Workspace (SOW) of my PDIs, 'Retire' button (OOTB) doesn't work. How to fix it ?

Hi @tuitendung ,

 

Oh so in the backend view (not workspace) the retire button works for the same article?

 

Also the owners are mapped and active for that article i believe?

What error you are getting or it is doing nothing? @tuitendung Did you check the UI actions. or in UI builder.
