Has a solution been found for this issue?  We know of other installations with the same issue.  We are also facing a similar issue with "Create Article" from feedback tasks in Service Operation Workspace.

Do you clone page to configure context menu sidebar ?

Hi @tuitendung ,

After many research about this problem I managed to find the solution.

This is a problem with the 'retire' declerative action that doesn't work find in a certian version of the service operation workspace itsm plugin.
There are 2 solutions for this problem:
1. You can upgrade the plugin 'Service Operations Workspace ITSM Application' (sn_sow_itsm_cont) to version 4.2.0 ,this is the solution that I would recommend but if you can't upgrade the plugin or the instance I found another solution.

2. Go to the action assignment (sys_declarative_action_assignment table) and search for the retire declerative action on the kb_knowledge table, you should deactive this record, after deactivating this record go to the ui action table and search for ui action named retire on the kb_knowledge (action name 'retire_classic_workspace'), you should check the 'Workspace Form Button' and 'Format for Configurable Workspace' checkboxes.
Now the ui action from the old workspace should be visible and working in the sow workspace.

Please mark my answer helpful & accepted if it helps your address your issue.

Thanks,

Shoval Sharabi
